A home inspection is a visual non-evasive inspection of the safety and function of readily accessible systems and components of a house. I highly recommend that you be present at the home inspection so I can answer any questions you may have and address any concerns. I will also provide you with a detailed computerized report within 24 hours along with photos explaining any deficiencies or maintenance issues that I find.
